Returns & REfund Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your instrument and get a full refund, within 1 week from the date you received it. The instrument (and instrument case where applicable) must be in the original condition as you received them, packaged, postmarked and shipped back to Isthmus Instruments, LLC in their original box & case, using the provided return label. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for all return shipping costs. Returns must be sent to Isthmus Instruments, LLC at 815 Walsh Rd. #2, Madison, WI 53714. Refunds will be processed when the package is returned to the listed address, and when the above conditions are met fully. Refunds may take 3-7 business days for processing.
It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for any and all return shipping costs associated in the event a refund is requested. If an instrument is damaged in transit, it may be eligible for a full exchange or refund of equal value, when damages are immediately reported to firstname.lastname@example.org.
