Returns & REfund Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you can return your order and get a partial refund, when your return is made within 1 week from the date you received your order. Your purchase price minus a 10% re-stocking charge minus any related processing fees are used to calculate the value of your refund.
For a return, the instrument (and instrument case where applicable) must be in the original condition as you received them, packaged, postmarked and shipped back to Isthmus Instruments, LLC in their original box & case. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for all return shipping costs.
Returns must be sent to Isthmus Instruments, LLC at 815 Walsh Rd. #2, Madison, WI 53714. Refunds will be processed when the package is returned to the listed address, and when the above conditions are met fully. Refunds may take 3-7 business days for processing.
International sales are final and non-refundable. International duties,taxes and tariffs are the customers responsibility to pay.
It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for any and all return shipping costs associated in the event a refund is requested. If an instrument is damaged in transit, it may be eligible for a full exchange or refund of equal value, when damages are immediately reported to firstname.lastname@example.org.
