Returns & REfund Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the instrument and get a full refund, within 1 week from the date you received it. The instrument (and instrument case where applicable) must be in the original condition as you received them, packaged, postmarked and shipped back to Isthmus Instruments, LLC in their original box & case, using the provided return label.
If an instrument is damaged in transit, it may be eligible for a full exchange or refund of equal value, when damages are immediately reported to email@example.com within 1 week from the date the package was received.
Isthmus Instruments pays for the return shipping only when the instrument is in its original condition as you received it, packaged in its original box & case, and postmarked within 1 week from purchase date using the provided return label.
