The Kurd scale variation is extremely versatile, allowing for the maximum amount of diatonic chord possibilities. We build this scale variation in two keys, D minor & E Minor. Our D Kurd comes with 9 total notes, while the E Kurd comes with 11 (two bottom notes). The additional bottom notes make this mid-register scale excel at melodic playing with its step-wise note construction.
The E Kurd 11 is an integral part of this ensemble in G Major/E Minor.
This instrument features 3 additional bottom notes. Only built by custom order.

Your care kit will include a custom scale chart of your handpan, detailed maintenance instructions, 1 oz. of Isthmus Handpan Oil, and microfiber cloths for cleaning and oiling. Maintenance is incredibly simple and recommended infrequently on a monthly or yearly basis.
